Julie received her Masters Degree in Counseling from the
University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a dual emphasis in school counseling
and mental health counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor
and a National Certified Counselor. Julie has a wide array of
counseling experience, including school counseling, mental health
counseling, higher education counseling and career counseling. Her
professional training includes hypnosis, EMDR and guided imagery. She
is currently in private practice at Full Circle Counseling Services in New
London, which she founded in 1999 in order to provide the kind of
Feminist-Holistic counseling that was missing in the Fox Cities area. |

Julie's goal at Full Circle Counseling Services is to
empower people, especially women, to discover and embrace their true self,
to determine what they really want in life and to realize their dreams.
Unlike the disease-based medical model of psychotherapy offered at many
counseling agencies, Julie provides counseling that is wellness-based;
a holistic growth-oriented process. The Feminist-Holistic counseling
Julie utilizes means that your voice is valued; your physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual wisdom is honored. Feminist-Holistic
counseling empowers you to take responsibility for your own wellness and
emphasizes healing from within. Full Circle Counseling Services operates
outside the traditional managed care system as a fee-for-service agency in
order to guarantee you 100% confidentiality; your personal information
will not be shared with any outside HMO or insurance company. You can
also rest assured knowing that no psychological diagnosis will be used in
the counseling process, nor entered into your permanent medical record.
