I have 15 years experience as a CPA mostly in the health
care sector. I am currently the CPA at Interim Healthcare 4 days a
week. My mediation experience spans over 5 years, first as a volunteer
mediator for court ordered small claims cases. When it became clear
that there were not enough cases for full-time work, I continued on an as
needed basis until Lutheran Social Services no longer offered this service
to Brown County. Since then I have contracted directly with Brown
County to provide this service to Brown County residents. I also
continue to volunteer with The Mediation Center of Greater Green Bay.
I have fulfilled all training requirements for interest-based mediation and
I continue to attend Wisconsin Association of Mediators conferences and
applicable University of Wisconsin-Madison training sessions. |

My mission is to provide the opportunity for anyone involved
in a dispute to come together to forge a resolution that will benefit all
participants. My role is to help participants define the issues in
dispute, help them consider possible solutions, minimize the emphasis on
past behaviors and focus on moving forward and facilitating step-by-step
solutions. My resolve is to treat every participant with respect with
the goal of utilizing their integrity and maintaining their dignity. |
